Terms and Conditions

Please ensure you have read the following terms and conditions before booking your travel.

1. Auckland Airbus Limited, the operators of Airbus Express, reserves the right to alter prices and timetables and to arrange alternative transport, routes or sightseeing services without notice.

2. Auckland Airbus Limited products are sold subject to the conditions of the Carriage of Goods Act 1979, the terms and conditions published by the carrier and conditions printed on the ticket.

3. Auckland Airbus Limited and Airbus Express are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the purchase or use of its products or services or, the purchase or use of any third parties products or services.

4. No refund will be made where a customer fails to report prior to departure. Claims for refunds due to circumstances beyond the control of tour operators, service supplier or customer, should be submitted in writing no later than 30 days after the date of tour departure.  Refunds must be claimed within 30 days of cancellation. It is recommended that customers adequately insure themselves against cancellation charges and the possible loss of money or personal belongings.

5. Child fares include those aged 5-15 years. No charge for infants under 4 years old when not occupying a seat.

6. Fuel: due to the uncertainty of fuel prices, Airbus Express® reserves the right to add a fuel surcharge to any of their tours.

7. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include a 12.5% Goods and Services Tax.

8. Through this Web Site we offer an internet booking facility which allows passengers to purchase tickets in advance for use on Airbus Express. When purchasing a ticket you will be asked to provide your credit card details. Once credit card details have been authenticated, your ticket will be available for immediate printing. Before you proceed with a booking you should ensure that your printer is connected and ready to print. We do not issue replacement tickets under any circumstances and do not offer any refunds.

9. All Airbus Express tickets sold on this Web Site have unique barcode identification and may not be reproduced by any means, including re-printing or photocopying. We reserve the right to notify law enforcement agencies if any person is found to, or is suspected of, having a reproduced a ticket purchased from this Web Site.

10. It is a requirement of Airbus Express that the purchaser of the ticket has identification to show our staff upon entry to the vehicle. Failure to show identification may result in refusal to travel.

11. Airbus Express tickets are only valid on the date of travel as stated on your ticket.

Whilst all reasonable care is taken to ensure that we operate as closely as possible to the timetable published on this Web Site, we cannot be responsible for events beyond our control that may impact on the efficiency of our service.

Passengers should be aware that exceptional traffic conditions, technical problems or other unforeseeable circumstances may occasionally result in delays or cancellations to our service. Accordingly, when planning your trip you should make allowances for such contingencies to ensure that you reach your airline’s check-in facility at least 45 minutes before the flight in the case of domestic departures and 90 minutes prior in the case of international departures.
